Dominic caught my heart in Book One Love Garage where he is introduced as the black sheep bad boy. I knew deep down that there was more to his story.
In Book Two Coach Love, where he spent his time causing all kinds of drama he continued to peak my interest. But it was the ending when Dominic causes a shocking event that affects the whole family that made me sit up and go "Oh no…now what!". I couldn’t wait to read this book to see what would happen next.
This book was written in a spectacular manner that hit a home run for me. It took me out of my comfort zone and caused me to open myself to other possibilities of love and what happens if someone you love suffers with manic-depression.
This book is not all nice, cute and pretty. It is a lovely sort of messy in the sense that Dominic continues to make a mess of his life and those around him even as he tries desperately to do the right thing and be normal. It’s about loving your family even when they don’t love you and loving two people at the same time outside of what society thinks is right.
This book made me cry and made me wish desperately for a happy ending for Dominic and Diana. It is a HEA but there are lots of twists and turns to get to the surprising ending.
I give this book 5 STARS. It is not for the faint of heart but it is well worth the read.
