~ My Review ~

This was a Book of the Month read for one of my Goodreads Groups. It is a very, very hot erotica romance.

So I will start off this review with WOW. I really love reading authors for the first time and being blown out of the water with the story line and writing. One of the great things about reading is learning new things and I learned about the art of shibari. Ms James gave such a beautiful description of it from Ronin's perspective that I almost wished he was doing it on me.

Ronin is every woman’s dream with the exception that he keeps so many things private. As a woman this can really bother you when you are opening up yourself to him. But that being said he is so intense, sexy, dark and crazy about Amery that you stay enthralled to the very end with the question will they make it as a couple or is it just be a fling.

Amery is a woman I admire. Not always sure of herself in a relationship but so comfortable in her skin that she knows how to stick to her beliefs and say no. The relationship between her and her friends throughout the book is so "yeah I have friends like this". It makes you laugh, cry with frustration and commiserate with her.

This book is a cliffhanger and not for the person who is sexually shy.
