Feb. 19th - 25th - . Do you have a favorite place to read? (submitted by Elizabeth)
I love reading in my front room sitting in my recliner. This room has three walls of windows with this as my view.... my beautiful prairie around my house in the woods with 200+ year old burr oak trees. I get lost in the magical world of reading while enjoying nature at its best.
Sigh.... it's even beautiful in the winter time.

I'm so jealous of your view! It's gorgeous and I don't blame you for enjoying your reading spot so much! I'd love to have a spot like that. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by earlier!

When I became very ill I would sit in my recliner and read all day long everyday. This view helped me heal along with the reading which took my mind off my illness.
DeleteOMG!!!! You are SO FREAKING lucky to live in a place like that, with such a LOVELY view!! Sigh....I truly envy you.... I've always wanted to live up north. I'm down here in Miami, Florida, where it NEVER snows, and sometimes it's 80 degrees on Christmas Day! GRRR!! You might think I'm crazy, but I would LOVE to see snow, and have a cozy Christmas by the fireplace while the white stuff is gently falling outside....
ReplyDeleteWe have a couch that has two sides, and each one reclines. Super comfy! But oh, how I'd love to have that view.... Oh, well...we do have pine trees right outside the condo complex we live in. Those are northern trees. LOVE them!
Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my BBH post!! :)
I have to agree. So beautiful when it is snowing, the fireplace is on and I am sipping hot cocoa as I read. No car sounds at all because I live in the middle of 28 acres. I am in florida a lot for work so I agree...there aren't the season changes that I love. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteBeautiful view. Love it.

It is. Thanks for stopping by.
DeleteThat looks like an amazing background for reading! I'm very envious.
ReplyDeleteIt would be even better if the mosquitos weren't so bad. I could sit outside on my deck.
DeleteOh my goodness that is gorgeous! Though I think I would be too enamoured by the view to be able to sit and read!
ReplyDeleteYes I do have a tendency to look up often and take a deep breath. Thanks for stopping by LuLu.
DeleteThat's heavenly! Can I come read with you sometime? So beautiful.
ReplyDeletePlease do. My couch has 4 recliners. I hope you like loving friendly black labs.
