What a sweet heartwarming story!

Author Christina McKnight does a superb job of untangling the web these two get caught in and as the story unfolds the reader will be swept into the drama of miscommunication, wants, desires, assumptions and love. It's about not saying what you really feel or clearly stating what you mean because you are afraid of the outcome.

Both Brigham and Mellie are equally at fault. While I understand Mellie's part in it due to her situation I would have liked Brigham to have been more aggressive in changing things he wanted changed.
But all men aren't aggressive and forceful, so it was fun to watch these two dance around each other as they tried to make changes in their marriage arrangement.
